2.1.1   Integrity and reliability
Reliability is the quality of honesty, fair dealing and reliability in terms of doing what one has promised to do are essential traits of an entrepreneur. Customers reasonably expect businesses to be reliable, responsible and dependable. Lack of integrity has permeated our culture. It can be seen in politics, sports, business and entertainment. Integrity is the highest level of professionalism and behavior. It’s doing what you know is right, even if no one is looking; it’s standing up for what you believe in and having the courage to speak up, even if your opinion is unpopular.
Remarkably again about D’Herbs product  is 100 percent ingredients derived from herbs and also low compared to other health products in the market. Product D 'Herbs can be found for as low as RM15 concentration of people in each location, including night markets, farmers' markets, pharmacies, herbal shops, and sales centers D' Herbs itself. In fact, his products are produced in its own factory which Aliff Herbs Manufacturing Sdn Bhd. Dato’ Aliff are very strict to make a healthy and always make sure each of his products are good quality and meets customers satisfaction. Because of that, it is very affordable and reliable to buy.

2.1.2     Foresight
As a foresight man, copes with uncertainty is a complementary. Being an entrepreneur is much more uncertain than paid employment, where income is guaranteed. This uncertainly covers sales and turnover, material delivery, production, prices and bank support.
As a husband and father at a young age and lived in the city, Dato’ Aliff thought he must find a way to make extra income. Every weekend, he will make the workshop of beauty and health in the workplace, whether private or government sectors.  He also sells health and beauty products at the time of the workshop. The price is also not expensive, between RM5 to RM10 only. It is because of marketing strategy. In customers preferred always wanted to have low price and quality product. Sitting at customers’ situation, Dato’ Aliff is a real foresight businessman. Through workshops conducted, he was able to earn up to RM3000 per month. After persistent selling products of various brands, he began to feel better sell his own products. Then, he took drastic measures to remove the product of his own creation. All existing savings, he fully used to produce its own brand. While aware of the risk of bankruptcy is there, but after studying it for several months, his company D 'Healthy Herbs Sdn. Bhd. managed to release the first lipstick collagen in Malaysia.

2.1.3     Versatility
Dato’ Aliff are risk taker who have all gotten over one very significant hurdle. He is not afraid of failure.  That's not to say that he rush in with reckless abandon.  In fact, Dato’ Aliff often successful because he always calculating and able to make the best decisions in even the worst of cases.  However, he also accept that, even if he make the best decision possible, things don't always go according to plan and may fail anyhow.
Successful business people base their work upon the strength they have, such as manual skills, interpersonal skills, selling skills, organizational skills, writing skills, knowledge of a particular product or service, knowledge of people in a trade and ability to make use a network of contacts. The best skills in Dato’ Aliff personalities is the ability tu pursue others. At interview with him, he said; "It's important for me to make a clear explanation and demonstration to customers, thus attracting their attention to the goods sold.’’ No wonder he is known as a man versatility in dealing with anyone and in any cases.

2.1.4     Initiative
Entrepreneurs see opportunity everywhere. They’re innovators who are always on the lookout to either develop a new idea or improve an existing product or service. At some point in their lives they noticed something that could be better. But, instead of just saying that something could be better wasn’t enough. They actually put a plan in motion. In other words, entrepreneurs have the ability to see the future before it happens.  Research and day-to-day observation show Dato’ Aliff take the initiative and put himself  in positions where he is personally responsible for success or failure. In his story, Dato’ Aliff often compare himself with peers who have pocket money to school for more than 50 cent while  he only  got 20 cent. Dato’ Aliff  make this point to find a way to get more money. Thus, the mango tree hut lawns his grandmother opened a golden opportunity for Dato’ Aliff  get additional school expenses. Without any help, he who was then seven years old to climb the tree and the results made pickles. He said, "Often school boy carrying a school bag to fill a book, I also carry additional load another bag mango pickles are sold at prices ranging from 10 cents to 20 cents.’’
This is not made to be, but a businessman born to be. Entrepreneurs are almost defined by their drive to constantly develop new ideas and improve on existing processes. In fact, that's how most of them got into business in the first place. Successful people welcome change and often depend on it to improve their effectiveness as leaders and ultimately the success of their businesses as many business concepts rely on improving products, services and processes in order to win business.

2.1.5     Time competence
Much as President John F. Kennedy outlined a goal to put a person on the moon by the end of a decade, business owners must be similarly motivated to set deadlines and hold everyone accountable in order to accomplish big goals. Good business owners know that time is their most precious asset and not money. Dato’ Aliff said, in the early stages, he had to go around the country to introduce his brand D 'Herbs. He is the boss, drivers, salesmen, agents and marketing officer at one time. Interestingly, this guy has a resilient spirit, not even ashamed of promoting their brand in the marketplace night because he believes he can produce quality products and affordable to all segments of society. Finally, using a powerful advertising strategy almost two years, Dato’ Aliff brand D 'Herbs gaining ground among customers. Started operation since 2011, Syukri Aliff can be proud of when market 50 products D 'Herbs began to enter the international market, including Brunei and Indonesia.
